You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sinagph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Sinagph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Sinagph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Sinagph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before activating your account, processing withdrawals, or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Sinagph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Sinagph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Sinagph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sinagph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, Sinagph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall Sinagph's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Sinagph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Sinagph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and Sinagph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Sinagph's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Sinagph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
